Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Insurance Client Service Associate - Commercial Lines to join their client's team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This position is crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting retention activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; support retention activities.
  • Assist with renewal marketing by collecting information, coordinating with carriers, and tracking renewal timelines.
  • Maintain accurate data within the agency management system (Epic).
  • Resolve escalated service issues and provide tailored support to clients.
  • Process and analyze audits; send communications, invoices, and monitor payments.
  • Utilize carrier websites to retrieve documents, endorsements, and coverage details.
  • Coordinate with internal partners such as producers, CRMs, claims, loss control, and tech support.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Prepare draft renewal proposals at least 30 days prior to renewal.
  • Maintain workflow integrity, compliance, and high-quality documentation.

Key Performance Expectations

  • Maintain renewal timelines with clients and carriers.
  • Complete mid-term quotes and audit processing accurately.
  • Deliver renewal proposals 30+ days before the renewal date.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across all tasks.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Commercial Lines insurance and coverage structures.
  • Familiarity with carriers, brokers, agency operations, and industry norms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based carrier platforms.
  • Experience with agency management systems (Epic preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Certifications required: MD Property & Casualty License

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 35-hour workweek

Additional Details

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
